  • Wealth audit and (re)structuring areas:
    Would you like to assess your overall wealth situation and implement a strategy that will serve as a guide for your decision-making ? The audit is a crucial stage in a wealth strategy, allowing us to identify, measure and evaluate the nature of your assets and the issues surrounding their ownership and transfer. Before proposing any restructuring, we will conduct out a comprehensive personal and professional wealth audit, forming the foundation for all tasks aligned with your objectives.   This includes : Studying the civil, tax and inheritance impacts of your situation on your entire estate, and understanding the different restructuring approaches to manage its challenges, holding, and transmission. Analysing your current personal and professional situation with all necessary documents and information; Identifying and mapping your family structure; Creating a detailed wealth map, including the type of assets, location, and liabilities (determining current debt amounts); Valuing your current assets; Determining the tax impacts related to holding your assets and in the event of a premature death; Analysing existing insurance clauses and assessing the protection of beneficiaries in the event of a premature death and/or incapacity; Reviewing current insurance policies and evaluating the level of protection afforded to the owner with regard to their heirs, partners and/or companies in the event of a premature death and/or incapacity; Highlighting  all identified risks and issues in your current structure.   • Asset management advice
    Throughout a lifetime, families and assets evolve, and objectives change due to events such as  marriage, birth, death, relocation, and property acquisition. At every stage, we offer advice and support tailored to your wishes and objectives, considering your family’s composition, the nature of your assets and the relevant countries: Analysis of the civil and tax implications of changes in family circumstances; Advice and assistance in selecting a matrimonial regime and in revising civil contracts (pre-nuptial, marriage, civil partnership); Anticipation of consequences and support during regime changes, separation or divorce procedures; Examination of the civil and tax impacts of changing tax residency to/from  Monaco and/or abroad, including cross-border tax issues; Evaluation of the civil and tax implications of holding your assets, whether a resident of the Principality of Monaco or elsewhere; Guidance and support in structuring property acquisitions. Evaluating the tax implications of property ownership, operation, sale or transfer; Assessment of the impact of acquiring or disposing of a real estate or movable asset; Advice and assistance with gift and asset transfer decisions and procedures, both during life and upon death; Support in setting up family governance; Administration and management of day-to-day family affairs and all formalities related to changes in residence.
  • Advice on business assets
    Are you looking  to establish your company in the Principality of Monaco or abroad? Do you need to restructure your business assets? We analyse the impact of your projects (tax, legal, financial) and help you secure them: Evaluate the impact of relocating your company or setting up in Monaco and/or internationally; Assist with the incorporation, administration and domiciliation of companies in the Principality of Monaco and/or abroad; Provide advice and assistance in (re)structuring your national and international company/group (share deal, asset deal); Offer advice and support for the sale and/or takeover of a business (support with due diligence, preparation of all contractual documents, letter of intent, confidentiality agreement, M.O.U., drafting and signing of the contract, assistance with implementation) ; Review all company documents (articles of association, shareholders' agreements) and contracts; Analyse contracts and (re)structure governance; Support and protect company directors and their dependants (social security, prevention and protection); Assist in protecting trademarks and concepts in intellectual property matters (trademark registration, protection); Support for regulatory compliance, protection of personal data (CCIN/GDRP), anti-money laundering (SICCFIN, TRACFIN) and interactions with the relevant authorities; Assist in negotiating, setting up and monitoring compulsory and recommended insurance policies; Help with all compulsory formalities and/or any amending formalities during the life of the company; Provide support for all necessary professionals, administrations and regulators.
  • Advice and implementation of a philanthropic and impact strategy
    Comprehensive advice and implementation of the philanthropic and/or impact strategies considering all legal, tax, regulatory and financial aspects; Coordination support for charities; Assistance in establishing, administering and monitoring philanthropic trusts and foundations, in collaboration with the professionals involved, in the Principality of Monaco and other jurisdictions.
